What is the turnaround time?
As each order is custom, we do everything we can to send out prints within 7 working days of receiving your scan. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
What is the postage and packaging?
Each print is sealed in a protective sleeve and packaged with cardboard in a poly mailing envelope to keep your print safe. Your print will be sent via USPS First Class Mail (3 days).
Will my print be an exact replica?
The size and impression of the foot print you send will be exact (see process on shop page). Due to the gilding process the gold leaf will not capture every detail but will create a textured area of the foot. See below for example.
What is the return policy?
We do everything in our power to deliver the product in perfect condition. If you have any problem on arrival please contact us as we will deal with any issues case by case.
